LeaderCore:Adapt is an AI role-play trainer for behavioral-style adaptability - the skill of reading another person's style from live conversational cues and adjusting your own pace, framing, and approach to work with them effectively. Leaders hold realistic, free-form workplace conversations with AI-played counterparts, each of whom embodies a distinct behavioral style, and practice getting results through people who are wired differently than they are.
AI Behavioral Style Training Simulation
LeaderCore:Adapt lets you practice the knowledge gained from your DiSC®, Social Style®, Insights Discovery®, or Predictive Index® profiles.**
An AI role-play trainer in which leaders practice reading behavioral styles from live conversational cues - with the styles hidden - across a three-collection ladder: adapt to one person 1:1, align a team of colliding styles, and grow a team past its shared comfort zone.
Free TrialWhere does your profile land?
Whatever your assessment called your style, it told you something about two things: how fast you move, and whether you lead with the task or the people. Different models get there differently — some measure those two dimensions directly, others arrive at them through separate traits — but that's the read you'll be doing in the room. LeaderCore:Adapt uses those two dimensions and eight positions around them. You don't have to learn any new theory to start practicing.

In LeaderCore: Adapt this position is never shown to you. Reading it from live conversation is the exercise.
Why we built our own compass
Whichever model you came from, it taught you the same thing: different people need a different approach, and reading which is which is the skill. That transfers completely. It's the reason Adapt works regardless of where your style knowledge came from — or whether you have any.
But to grade that skill, we needed characters who behave consistently, session after session, so that two people's scores mean the same thing. So we built our own model on the two dimensions every behavioral framework describes — pace, and task-versus-people focus — with eight positions around them rather than four. Eight because the blends are where most real people live, and because the position between two styles asks something different from you than either one alone.
You don't need to learn it. During a session you never see it — the style is hidden, and reading it is the exercise. It appears once, in your report, to name what you were actually up against.
The eight positions and their descriptions are LeaderCoreAI's own. LeaderCore: Adapt does not administer, score or interpret any personality assessment, and never tells you your own style.
Key Benefits
Read a counterpart's behavioral style from live cues
Leaders diagnose how the other person is wired from pacing, vocabulary, and what they ask about - not from a label - so they can meet real people the way real conversations demand.
Flex pace, tone, detail, and framing to fit the person
Practice adjusting your delivery in the moment. Genuine adaptation earns gradual trust; working against someone's style triggers realistic pushback.
Meet the needs behind the style to earn real buy-in
Every archetype has core needs - control, recognition, security, accuracy, psychological safety, momentum. Leaders learn to satisfy them authentically, because insincerity is sensed and costs trust.
Lead a room of three styles, not just one person
Two team collections come with the same subscription: align three colliding styles into one commitment, or move a team of similar styles past the challenge their shared disposition is worst at.
Get an evidence-cited, five-dimension performance report
One grading scheme covers the whole ladder, so scores stay comparable. Five equally weighted dimensions with specific evidence, three strengths, three improvement areas - and the archetypes you faced are revealed at the end.
How It Works
Read
Enter a realistic workplace scenario with one counterpart - or a team of three - introduced by name and job title only. Every behavioral style is hidden: diagnose each one from how they speak and what they react to.
Adapt
Adjust your pace, framing, and approach to work with each person individually. A step-out coach is available for phrasing and observation help without ever diagnosing a style for you.
Reveal
After the session is graded, the report reveals the archetype(s) you actually faced and scores you across five dimensions - Style Recognition, Style Flexing, Meeting Needs, Self-Management, and Outcome Delivery - with evidence from the conversation.
What's inside the AI behavioral style simulation
Practice applying your DiSC®, Social Style®, Insights Discovery®, or Predictive Index® profile
The product is framework-agnostic by design. It does not administer, score, or interpret any personality assessment, and it never tells users what their own style is. Instead, it is the practice layer for the behavioral-style assessment your team may already use, applied in live conversation - and it closes the gap those assessments leave open. A profile describes the person who filled in the form. The people your leaders actually have to read never did. It works just as well for people who have never taken an assessment, because no style vocabulary is required or rewarded.
Behavioral style role-play scored on five dimensions
Every session is graded by a separate AI pass against five equally weighted dimensions: Style Recognition, Style Flexing, Meeting Needs, Self-Management, and Outcome Delivery. Each score comes with evidence quoted from your own conversation, three strengths, and three improvement areas. Only after grading does the report reveal which archetype(s) you were actually dealing with.
Behavioral style practice scenarios across nine industries
Situations span logistics, healthcare, software, retail, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, nonprofit, and public-sector contexts. (See the scenario library.) As an optional service, custom scenarios can be developed for client-specific needs.
Enterprise behavioral style training software
Sessions run as real-time streamed chat with EU data residency, and both the simulation content and the grading reports support multiple languages. An optional voice mode is available on the platform - push-to-talk speech input and distinct synthesized character voices, with each team character speaking in their own voice - enabled per subscription rather than automatically. LeaderCore:Adapt is available through LeaderCoreAI B2B subscriptions.
